The Honeymooners

Enough about the puppies. The next most asked question at the Coffey Grounds is How are the "Honeymooners"? Well, I'm happy to report they are doing great. Enjoying there jobs...challenging at times but between second graders for Andrea and Chris starting a new job doing what he Loves second best ( Andrea being first) He works for a graphic designing company in Tempe. Andrea is teaching at Pinnacle Peak Elementary School in Scottsdale. They live in a beautiful condo off Indian Bend and Scottsdale Rd.
It's always good seeing and hearing from them. We get to see them more often since the arrival of 7 puppies. Go figure!
Like I said last month, Jamie is enjoying have a guy around a household of all females. I love having a son-in-law.

We want our life back!

Hershey and I are taking a long nap after a long day with the puppies. My favorite song is How much is that puppy in the window!

The puppies are doing great and are one week old on Sunday. Hershey is such a good mommy. Ashley has placed rick-rack for collars on all the pups so we can start to keep track and watch their growth and personalities begin to change.
It's fun!

Dr. Shelly Messer and Hershey HOW MANY?

This was an experience our family will never forget. Our Hershey was lucky to have an ultrasound by our OB/GYN Dr. Shelly Messer. Hershey was a great patient. Hershey didn't mind it at all! She had 9 visitors present to watch. Shelly said more than her real patients have.

Greeting from the Coffey's

We are now a family of 5. We are really enjoying life after "The Wedding". Jamie loves having male talk during football, basketball and baseball games. Like Mel Gibson said on Jay Leno one night, I didn't loose a daughter I gained another pallbearer.

The puppies are here!

Hershey did it! She delivered 7 pups on January 21st 2007. Her labor started at 2:20 p.m.when Andrea screamed she's having her babies. We all ran to see and yup we ALL started crying. It was so sweet and special. We have 6 chocolates and one yellow lab and one beanie baby hee hee. Can you believe I'm a dog lover now? Wow... how life changes.
Well we will keep you posted with the developing growth of these pups.

Ooh La La!

My dear friend, Jill, has now connected me to the blog world! This will be a great way to keep in touch with my friends and family. As you all know 2006 was a year of lots of excitement and activity in our home. And here we thought 2007 would be more calm and we're expecting 9 to 11 puppies on January 23! Can you imagine? We will be accepting meals and having visiting hours to come and hold our new "grandpuppies." (They will be for sale!) We hope this year brings you good health and lots of great memories!
