Doug Keough went to his heavenly home.

Monday, March 30

John 14: 1 - 4  "Do not let your hearts be troubled.  Trust in God; trust also in me.  In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so I would have told you.  I am going there to prepare a place for you.  And if I go prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you may also be where I am.  You know the way to the place I am going."

Doug went to his heavenly home this afternoon.  Continue to pray for the family.

My regards to your family, i was a student of his this year and last year, maryelena, my class got the news today and i told my family afterschool, i understand that he is in no more pain and that he wouldn't want us to cry, but it was obviously hard for my class because every student cried today in all classes so we know that he will be missed.

I am sadden to find the news to be a reality. Mr. Keough was my home room teacher, and he was wonderful. I can honestly say that he was one of the few teachers that made an impact in my life. When I moved to the area I was so out of my element he always looked out for me gave great advice and pushed me to be me and not be ashamed of being different :) I will always remember his great soul, great sense of humor, and his great basketball shorts...oh man he was something else! :) The world needs more DOUG KEOUGHS! I and hundreds of other students that got to meet him were truely blessed. I Don't know if it would be ok if some of his old students go to his services? If so can you please email me mrs.glujan@gmail.com. My prayers are with the family.

I am glad to see that other students were impacted by Mr. Keough as well :) I was in his class back in 1996, and I have friends that went to MC CASH way before I and the reaction is the same...
