Our wonderful neighbor's the "Goodman family" one of there beautiful daughter-in-laws posted this recipe and has gotten great reviews. I'm trying it this week but thought I would share it with you. Let me know if you like it.
Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce... heaven in a bottle. We have a year supply stocked in our pantry in case of a crisis.
Here is a yummy recipe if you don't want to use the bottled stuff

-in crock pot cook roast with about 2 -3 c. water on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6-8 hours
-in mixing bowl combine all other ingredients
-after roast is cooked drain water and shread meat.
-Pour sauce over meat and let sit for about 20 - 30 minutes
-Use meat in tortillas, buns, or however you like

My second book!
Hey, are there any scrapebook friends out there? I have just finished my second class on book making. I've taken card classes, page classes, computer classes but by far my new fave is Pam Blacks Heartfelt Reflections. I love her and her books. They are amazing. Here is a picture of my finished project.

Happy Birthday Mom!
She's 88!
Our Mom,grandmother and great grandmother FELICE celebrated her 88th birthday in style. With all (most of us) her family around her we celebrated 88 years of her life at Charleston's. We are so blessed to have her and she is amazing. Our waiter said "HOLY COW" when he saw the candles. I'm sure he doesn't see that very often.
That's our Mom. We love her.
