This is the coolest Apple store ever. It's four walls of clear glass with a glass elevator/stairway to an underground store. The coolest!

Birthday celebration

We enjoyed dinner out at Abuelos in Scottsdale. It's wonderful to be able to celebrate a birthday with Mom.

Steven had surgery today

Little Steven (now wants to be called Steven) had his tonsils out today. He is home and doing well. He is looking forward to having all the ice cream he wants. Hope your back to dancing/singing and entertaining us all real soon. Get well little guy!

Bear weights 62 pounds and still growing. The Vet told us he is going to be a big boy! Hershey and Bear love playing together and look forward to when Bailey (Andrea and Chris' dog) comes over for a play day! Okay I thought I would never see the day that I am writing about my dogs! Andrea and Chris it's time for Grandchildren. Hee Hee

On Thursday July 12, 2007 Ava Sofia Ulate came into the world after only giving her Mom and Dad a 6 hour delivery. This angel was born at 10:57 AM at Desert Banner Hospital

Head: 13 1/4

Chest: 12 1/2

She is so precious. Ava and Uncle Frank will share the same birthday. Happy Birthday Frank!

New York, New York

Light rain and sweat shirts on the 4th of July cruising New York doesn't get any better. Wow, the fireworks were spectacular off the Brooklyn Bridge. Something about cruising around the Statue of Liberty on the 4th of July was so American.
I know we don't look like Yankee fans and that's because we were silently cheering on the Angel's from Aniehien. Mickey Hatcher is the bench coach for the Angel's and we talked on the phone. I was to chicken to try to meet him on the field. Mickey wanted me to say I was his cousin. Somehow those New Yorkers weren't going to believe that one.

It was a fun experience at the game. I took tons of pictures of Derek Jeters and taking the SUBWAY was actually fun too. We are still alive to talk about it.

We stayed across the street from Central Park at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. What a beautiful hotel and they spoiled us rotten. Our highlights of our trip were :

Flying first class

Going to see the play WICKED ~fantastic show

Going to the top of the Empire State building

The 4th of July fireworks on the water cruise

Ground Zero ~very emotional

Going to the coolest Apple store and coming out with a iphone for my birthday.

Breakfast in our room every morning and the list goes on and on and know I'm back home to dog kisses. Those darling Chocolate labs! Gotta love them!
